The workers did a great job! I am so happy with the roof. They removed all the old paint and applied primer and paint! They cleaned up the yard. A special thank you to Justin and Zac. They made sure everything was running smoothly and they explained the process. I recommend Roof Central.

Jason was very professional and helpful explaining the process of the roof for the Martinsville Hotel here in Martinsville Virginia. It was a very large job and was completed in less than a week. I would highly recommend Roof Central for all your roofing needs.

Oz is amazing! He got me to understand how claims work and not only guided us through the filing process, but he also met with the adjuster when they came to inspect the roof. He was early, talked with me and had it ready to go. Everything he said was echoed by the insurance adjuster. The claim was approved and they removed our old steep slope shingle roof, repaired the damaged boards then laid the new shingles and trim/vents in one day! Could not recommend this company and Oz any higher! Id give 50 stars if I could!

The Roof Central team was extremely easy to work with. From the free inspection to the fast installation, each step was well communicated and painless. Highly recommend!

Called them to check on my roof as I questioned its condition. They determined the condition was due to hail that occurred recently. Checked with insurance and sure enough the hail maps showed there was a heavy storm that caused the damage. Roof was replaced and the Team was in and out in a day on large home with several pitches. In addition there was some customer metal work that also took time. The neighbors noticed another crew down the block was there for a week and was impressed how quickly and efficiently mine was done by comparison. Really sharp job.

This company came as requested and looked at my roof and provided me a estimate as requested. Their representative was professional, knowledgeable, on time and kind. To date I have not had the roof replaced.

Yeah it rained…I know who begs for rain but it is the only way to double check that you no longer have water. Oz took care of me from day one and throughout. They didn’t tell me to wait and see if it happens again as another reputable roofing company said or family too. I waited and my bed was drenched 12am on Easter weekend. The company who stood out from the rest was Roof Central. Oz saw my urgency and made it happen. My roof was repaired the next day. They may not be the cheapest but do you want cheap when it comes to your roof or a no show from the other company when you have water. I think not. This was not an insurance claim nor was it a big job but it sure could have been. And to me it was. I had water in my bed and not from me. Roof Central from day one made me feel valued and heard. Oz was with me every step from phone to text and my anxiety was in full gear. He was professional and courteous as was the whole team. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend no matter the size of your need. Roof Central stands out far above all others and will be the ONLY ones I call in the future for anything..and they respect your time too.1000 stars!

We used Roof Central for an installation of our new roof. They came out and inspected and sent a report to our insurance. Once approved, they were at my house within a week and installation was done in a day. They are a great company. Our contact was Michael Childers, he was great to work with.

I requested that the supervisor working on my roof, send me a picture after the old shingles were removed, to my email. I never received those photos, and am still waiting to see those photos. I was only shown the pictures of the finished product, not the picture during the process as I requested.

I’ll start with the positive here. The workmanship from Roof Central was good. Clearly both the management and workers have experience and they know what they are doing. Now on to the negative. Internal communication. After Phillip notified me that the work was complete, I did a quick inspection and realized that, among other things, they had neglected to replace several sheets of rotted OSB and just shingled over the old rotted stuff. Replacing rotted OSB was explicitly agreed upon in the work proposal that we both signed. After a few return trips, they finally got everything right. When it came time for billing, it once again took them several tries to get it right due to poor internal communication on their end. Overall this was not a bad experience, but it did require some patience. Roof Central stand by their service and they have the integrity to fix their own mistakes, without trying to blame the customer, however thier poor internal communication is holding them back from proving great service.

Had some damage to the roof that needed attention before a storm. Contacted Roof Central and worked with Phillip Barnes. He was very responsive and was able to temporarily repair the area to prevent further damage from the storm. Looking forward to working with him to permanently repair the damage and add gutter covers over the existing gutters.

We’ve called on this vendor for a few projects at our house, most recently a complete roof replacement from the numerous hail storms we’ve had. Mike Childers did the initial assessment and did recommend that it be replaced. It’s also worth noting, that prior to the storm damage, we called him out to do some minor boot repairs, and he gave the roof a general inspection and all was well. I bring this up just to say, he’s not in the business of selling you something you do not need. Nice to have an honest company I can rely on. I’d highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first that the company said I would only pay my deductible, however after being thoroughly explained the process (I had no clue how extensive it was, which they made a breeze by being my side every step of the way) and going through with it, I couldnt be happier.
